Starry Glory

MEDITATION

Meditate under vast, starry skies. See the night sky as it really is, out at sea, undimmed by city lights, a twinkling jewel box revealing the infinite. You will gasp in amazement!

Feel the wind as if for the first time; drink in the sun until your insides shine; let the elements come alive in you and clarify your vision.

SLOW DOWN

Slow down to greet the dawn, and soak up sunsets. Let the power of Nature move you back into awe, and the spontaneous insights that only come through Love and Wonder.

ENJOY THE SEA

We will relax in the sea to drift deeper into Presence; then snorkel, explore and play. We will sail out and play with the dolphins. And if we feel the water is warm enough, we will do an introduction to Free Diving Class for those who are interested — with breath training and careful supervision, (to 12 meters).

MINDFULNESS

We will practice mindfulness together: the art of slowing our minds down so our awareness becomes sharpened as we relax into being fully here.

Then, as we meditate on the wind, the power of the sea and weather, the free sky, dolphins, fish, the mystery of ourselves and each other, something opens within us… something deeply peaceful and fully alive!

We will sail to where we can dance wildly on isolated, white sand beaches
with each other and sea birds in the warm sun.

We love to dance… It is a great way to start the day: well, perhaps right after pondering the slow, colorful explosion of the dawn. Or opening our whole beings to Love through the essence of Chi Gong — or perhaps after some slow motion yoga, long hugs and a delicious
breakfast on the beach. Well… whatever the day brings, we will find time to dance!

GREAT FOOD

We will shop together in Spanish Villages, and then cook on
the boat or beach and eat well!

Ah…healthy food eaten outdoors, with your skin brown and a
sea breeze in your hair tastes just fantastic!

This area is claimed by some to have the best climate in the world.
You will be given full information about our meeting place,
and what it is suggested that you bring after reserving a place.

If you cancel after this you will forfeit your deposit as is normal.
